Shipping

Allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed the next business day. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS domestically, and DHL or USPS internationally. No weekend shipping. Rush processing available. Shipping address changes can only be made before fulfillment. No order cancellations. We strive for excellent customer care.

Domestic orders
We will send you a tracking number via email or text message once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to enter the carrier's system and update. Our packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday, and Saturday delivery is available upon request.

For international orders
Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the item(s) purchased and the destination. It's important to note that we do not charge or cover customs duties fees and taxes. These fees are charged by the destination country, and it is the customer's responsibility to research and understand the import regulations for their country. We provide tracking information for all orders, but we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays.

Rush Orders
We offer rush processing for orders that need to be shipped within 24 hours. Please ensure that you place your order before 1 pm PST (4 pm EST) Monday to Friday to qualify for this service. If we fail to ship your order within 24 hours, we will refund the rush processing fee. However, this fee does not affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please select the appropriate shipping method.

Change of address
If you need to change the shipping address, please do so before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to request a change of address.

Order cancellation
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept order cancellations due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
