Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn and unused.
  • It must have all tags and labels still attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

In addition, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.

If you want to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

If you choose to return your item, we will issue you a refund once we receive and verify the item meets our criteria. If you choose to exchange your item, we will send you the new item free of charge once we receive and verify the item you are returning meets our criteria.
